An update from the Pavilion team on the current Coronavirus situation
At present we are still taking each week as it comes and like the rest of the UK we are relying on information from the Government to be announced before we can start to plan our return back to some sort of normality.
As a result of the latest announcement we are now in the process of rescheduling performances up to the end of September that will now no longer take place. Most of these shows are being pushed back to the same date in 2021 and all bookings will automatically be moved to the new date with the same seat selection.
When we are able to safely return to the Theatre to access our booking and payment systems, we will begin the process of contacting everyone to confirm the new performance dates and to deal with any direct enquiries.
We understand that this is a frustrating time for those of you with bookings, especially for those of you who were due to attend performances that should have already taken place by now. But at present all we ask is that you please remain patient with us whilst plan how to work through this enormous task in the safest and fairest way possible.
This is a hugely difficult time for theatres and small businesses alike throughout Norfolk and the UK, because we a social industry that thrives on bringing people together and we rely on bums-on-seats to stay alive.
Our message to you all remains the same: if you have a booking with us, you WILL be contacted as soon as we are able to safely do so. Please support us in the meantime by holding onto your tickets.
Thanks and stay safe.
