For the past 15 years, Olly Day has been at the heart of the Gorleston Pavilion Summer Season, taking over from the late Steve Ace and fronting hundreds of performances. Over that time he has become a familiar and much-loved face (and voice!) for audiences across the region.

Olly Day all smiles for the camera!
Olly Day said:
"Hosting the Pavilion's Summer Season has always been an absolute joy, but after more than 40 years working in summer shows, I'm taking this summer off and I'm looking forward to enjoying the show from the audience for a change."
Audiences will still see him at the Pavilion throughout the year, including 'Swing into Spring' with Sarah Mai and Dale Bullimore, his laughter show alongside Nigel 'Boy' Syer later in the year, as well as plenty of other projects supporting the theatre's 125th anniversary celebrations.
This year's Summer Show will take on a new format and the Pavilion are now inviting applications from performers interested in hosting this year's production.
Tickets for this year's production can be booked at pavtheatre.com/summer.
