We use paperless tickets to reduce waste. Your tickets will be emailed to you, ready to save to your phone and scan when you arrive. If you cannot access email, visit the Box Office during opening hours and we can arrange a printed ticket.
Discount availability varies by performance. Check the individual show listing in what's on for exact ticket prices. Buying for someone else? Let them choose their own show with a Pavilion gift voucher.
Ages 15 and under. Under-3s go free; please tell us if they need their own seat.
A valid student ID must be shown.
A valid Friends membership card must be shown.
Ticket classifications and discounts are subject to change and may not be available for every performance.
Payment & booking fee
We accept all major credit and debit cards online and over the phone. We no longer accept cheques, except for group bookings arranged directly with our booking team. Read about booking for a group.
Booking fee: A £3 fee is added once per online or telephone card transaction, regardless of the number of tickets purchased.
Ticket reservations
Reserved tickets can be held for up to seven working days from the date of booking. All tickets must be paid for at least seven days before the performance; unpaid reservations will then be released for sale.
Cancellations & refunds
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once purchased.
Please check the date and time carefully before booking. We cannot offer refunds or transfers if you are unable to attend. If a show is cancelled or another exceptional circumstance affects your booking, we will contact you directly to arrange the available alternatives.
Ticket protection insurance can be added when you book. Speak to a member of the Box Office team for more information.
