1. Our commitment
We want as many people as possible to use this website. Our aim is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA and to improve the site when testing or feedback identifies a barrier.
2. What you should be able to do
- zoom text without content becoming unusable;
- navigate core pages using a keyboard;
- use headings, landmarks and descriptive links;
- read meaningful alternative text for important images;
- use the site with common screen readers; and
- access the site on phones, tablets and desktop screens.
3. Known limitations
Some content is supplied by third parties and may not fully meet the same standard, including:
- the Ticketsolve booking journey;
- maps, weather, donation and social-sharing tools;
- embedded forms, videos and presentation viewers; and
- some historic PDFs, production pages and archive material.
We do not control the underlying code of these services, but we raise material problems with suppliers, provide accessible contact routes and seek an alternative where reasonably possible.
