Singing can make you feel healthier and more positive – and has been shown to improve your quality of life if you live with a lung health condition.
These sessions are held fortnightly in our upstairs studio and are led by an experienced facilitator, which include:
- Breathing exercises
- Gentle mindfulness and relaxation
- Singing in a relaxed group setting – no experience necessary!
Research shows that after six months of attending sessions:
- 42% reduction in unplanned GP visits
- 57% reduction in hospital admissions
- More ability to manage breathlessness
- An improvement in general health and wellbeing.
