Singing can make you feel healthier and more positive – and has been shown to improve your quality of life if you live with a lung health condition. 

These sessions are held fortnightly in our upstairs studio and are led by an experienced facilitator, which include: 

  • Breathing exercises 
  • Gentle mindfulness and relaxation 
  • Singing in a relaxed group setting – no experience necessary! 

Research shows that after six months of attending sessions: 

  • 42% reduction in unplanned GP visits 
  • 57% reduction in hospital admissions 
  • More ability to manage breathlessness 
  • An improvement in general health and wellbeing. 

FREE to attend and refreshments are provided. Everyone is welcome!
