The Shed Tapas Bar

The Shed Tapas Bar is a Mediterranean style tapas bar serving homemade small dishes with a great selection of drinks and cocktails.

Located a couple of minutes walk away from the theatre on the historic Brush Quay next to the old Gorleston lighthouse, The Shed is a option for a pre-show meal.

Seabreeze Cafe

The Seabreeze Cafe is located directly opposite the theatre and offers a wide selection of home cooked meals from breakfast right through to dinner.

The cafe is also a popular spot for anyone taking a walk along the Gorleston seafront to stop in for tea, coffee and cake and is praised for having a cosy and relaxing atmosphere.

The Ocean Terrace is part of the Ocean Room directly opposite the theatre and is a beautiful sun trap directly overlooking the Gorleston beach.

With views to die for and a full lunch menu this is the perfect spot to grab something before an afternoon or evening show. Seating is outdoors within indoor seating available in bad weather as well.

The Cliff Hotel

The Cliff Hotel is located a few minutes away from the theatre up on the nearby cliff top and offers a friendly service and a wide range of dining options to suit all tastes.

The Marina Bay Cafe and fish & chip shop is conveniently located round the corner from the theatre along the historic lower Marine Parade.

The SW1 Restaurant is a minute's walk from the theatre on the corner of the historic brush quay and boasts fantastic views of the Gorleston harbour.

Focussing on great food, SW1 has a relaxed dining setting with bar and is a great option for a pre-show meal.

The Belle Vue Inn

The Belle Vue Inn is a historic pub located round the corner from the theatre and on the historic Brush Quay.

Food is now available at the Belle Vue from 6-9pm Thursday to Saturday and if you're lucky with the weather you can make use of the outdoor seating area as well.

Jay Jay's at the Beach Cafe

Jay Jay's is within pleasant walking distance of the theatre halfway along the lower esplanade and Gorleston's glorious golden sand beach.

It's the perfect pit stop for anyone taking a walk along the prom or for those who fancy a short walk after their meal before arriving at the theatre. Jay Jay's is only open during the day so this could be a perfect pre-matinee option!

Margo's Lounge is a charming and cosy retro café situated a few minutes walk away from the theatre up the cliffs and onto the historic Bells Road.
