Group rates
We offer discounts on bookings of 20 people or more for most performances. Group bookings are arranged directly with our team rather than online, so we can confirm the best available seats and any access requirements with you.
A non-refundable deposit normally secures your seats.
The balance is due four weeks before the performance.
Group rates and payment arrangements vary by production and are subject to availability.

Having the following details ready will help us find the best arrangement for your group:
- The performance name, date and time
- The number of people in your group
- Any accessibility or seating requirements — review our accessibility information and seating plan
- The group organiser's contact details
- Your group name, if you have one
Booking & payment
Once we have agreed the seats and rate, the group organiser receives an invoice by email or post with the full booking details.
A non-refundable deposit of £2 per seat is normally due within ten days.
The remaining balance is due no later than four weeks before the performance.
We accept cheques for group bookings arranged directly with our booking team, as well as the usual card payment options.
