Groove and Glow with Ellie Rowan

No dance experience is needed — just bring your energy and join in. Perfect for all fitness levels, the focus is on joy, self-expression and overall wellbeing. 

The sessions are led by dancer, choreographer and Pilates teacher Ellie Rowan, who brings over a decade of professional experience performing and creating work across the globe. Her passion for movement extends beyond the stage, and she is dedicated to helping others build strength and maintain mobility. Alongside her career, Ellie is a proud mother of two young boys, who continue to inspire her with their energy and creativity.
