Gorleston Pavilion Theatre presents THE MASTERCLASS.
Hone your skills, develop your craft and take your career to the next level.
The Pavilion Theatre is keen to nurture young artists. Whether starting out or already
working in the industry, Masterclass sessions are a great introduction or a refreshing
way to invigorate your current professional practice. Delivered by industry
professionals and designed to be a one stop masterclass in arts practice. You can
participate in all our wonderful sessions but please note, places are limited to ten
participants per session.

Rachel Salton - Orchestra
Rachel gained a B.Ed. (Hons) from the Welsh College of Music & Drama studying
classical violin and piano. Since then, she has worked extensively as a multi-
instrumentalist/vocalist all over the world on ships, hotels, theatres as well as
teaching in schools all over the country.
Rachel has worked with numerous choirs numbering 250 members both in and out
of the local area. However, she does have a passion for instrumental playing and
has led orchestras and instrumental ensembles for the last 20 odd years; from
beginner players to experienced Grade 8 players and beyond.
Credits as musical director include: The Producers, Spamalot, Oliver, Sister Act,
High School Musical and Bugsy Malone.
